Viktoria Mladenovski’s exhibition What Are Memories But Empty Shells? is a reflection on memories. In some ways, memories are traces, like seashells. They are shadows of the living mollusc, the remnants. And yet, they can feel very real at times. The exhibition is an ‘installation of memories’ with work created by the artist from 2021 until 2023
